The cost of downloads of article/issues of Dental Outlook are not refundable. However, if during a download, transmission is interupted, contact Dental Outlook at the address shown in "Contact us".
Dental Outlook will provide a refund for a hard copy of an issue in the following circumstances:
- an issue ordered by you is no longer available
- - we cancel the issue
- - you cancel an order for the issue within 24 hours
- - the issue is faulty through no fault of your own
- - the price charged varies from the advertised price
- - the issue did not match the description given
Change of mind purchases
We do not refund for a hard copy if you simply change your mind.
Proof of purchase
You are required to provide proof of purchase for an hard-copy issue for which a refund is sought. Proof of purchase may include the order number for the purchase and accompanied by a Tax Invoice or receipt.
